arguman.ai connector privacy policy

This policy covers the arguman.ai remote MCP server at https://mcp.arguman.ai/mcp(the “connector”), used from Claude and other MCP clients. The data controller is Argüman Yapay Zeka Teknolojileri A.Ş., Türkiye. It supplements our general Privacy Notice, which applies to your arguman.ai account as a whole.

• Account identifier. When you authorise the connector you sign in to your arguman.ai account. The connector receives your account ID and e-mail address to attach requests to your account. It does not receive your password.
• Tool inputs. The arguments Claude sends to a tool: search queries, case numbers, decision identifiers, statute article numbers, or the case description for the sentence-enforcement calculator.
• Usage records. Each call is logged with the tool name, time, credit cost, and a short description: the decision or case number requested, or the first 80 characters of a search query or case description. You can see these entries in your credit history.
• Connection records. The name of the connecting client and OAuth token metadata (issue and expiry times). Tokens are stored only as hashes.

The connector does not receive your Claude conversation history, files you upload to Claude, or any content beyond the arguments of the tool being called. It exposes no tools that read or change your profile, billing, or payment data.

• To run the requested legal-research tool and return the result to Claude.
• To deduct credits from your arguman.ai balance and show them in your history.
• To enforce daily rate limits and protect the service against scraping and abuse.
• To diagnose errors and keep the service secure.

We do not sell your data, use it for advertising, or use your tool inputs to train AI models.

To answer a request, tool inputs may be processed by our infrastructure providers: cloud hosting and database providers, and AI service providers used to compute search embeddings, re-rank results, expand search queries, or run the sentence-enforcement calculator. They process the data only on our behalf and under contract. Some of these providers operate servers outside Türkiye; transfers comply with Articles 8 and 9 of the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK).

Search results come from public court decisions and legislation. We disclose personal data to authorities only where the law requires it.

• Access tokens expire after 1 hour; refresh tokens after 30 days of non-use.
• Rate-limit counters are kept per day and overwritten.
• Usage and credit records are kept while your account exists. Deleting your arguman.ai account permanently deletes them, except records we must keep by law (for example invoicing records), which are kept only for the legally required period.

You can revoke the connector at any time, either from Claude's connector settings or from your arguman.ai account under Settings → MCP Connections. Revocation invalidates the tokens immediately. You can also close your arguman.ai account from account settings, and you can exercise your rights under Article 11 of the KVKK as described in the Privacy Notice.
